We had to secretly take pictures of the summer palace - something we never achieved last time! We were only yelled at once! Very difficult to get much out of the pics, though. It is the most beautiful place we've seen, with whole walls of minutely detailed paintings of Tipu's wars against the Brits. The last picture (which was allowed, after a donation), was in Tipu's mausoleum at Gumbaz. The walls are all painted in symbolic tiger skin.
